The REAL Impact Showcase - September 17 @ the SF Complex

See exactly how much can be accomplished in six shorts months by youth, with the right support and opportunity. Presentations from youth leaders on community improvement projects completed in partnership with the City of Santa Fe, Santa Fe County, NM Youth Conservation Corps, the Santa Fe Community College, Cornerstones Community Partnerships, the Santa Fe Housing Trust, “the Breakfast Club’” YouthWorks culinary training program, catering and café, and local businesses such as the Santa Fe New Mexican and Woodstone Builders.
Come learn about these exciting projects and the first-hand experiences of local youth working hard to show our community new ways about thinking about our youth.
This event is free and open to the public. Donations accepted gladly!

YouthWorks partners with Ecoscapes & Woodstone Builders and NM Game & Fish
06/02/2010On Wednesday June 2, 2010, YouthWorks, Woodstone Builders and Ecoscapes launched a new project with NM Abilities and the NM Department of Game and Fish to complete the construction of a recirculating trout pond and archery range. This project will employ over 12 young people working directly under skilled contractors.

02/19/2010US Environmental Protection Agency taps Santa Fe as 'expert partner' for webcast on Local Government Clean Energy & Workforce Development
The City of Santa Fe and YouthWorks were invited by the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Local Climate and Energy Program to present information and results achieved as part of their State and Local Government Webcast Series. The presentation was be webcast live on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 on the EPA website.
